Increase the threshold triggering ENV classification for frits with Cd-content

Objective:

To explore the possibility of increasing the threshold triggering Environmental classification for frits with Cd-content.

Cd-compounds are classified as hazardous for both, Human Health and Environment, but the M-factors for the Environmental classification are very restrictive, being M=10 for Acute and M=100 for Chronic. This means that according to CLP mixture rules, the minimum concentration triggering ENV classification would be 0.0025%.
